I had never been to Joseph Jewelry but had read online that they have excellent service and are very accommodating to all situations. We needed a stone reset into a much more upgraded setting and they had lots of ideas and were helpful every step of the way. They spent a lot of time explaining the entire process of custom design and we never felt rushed. We dealt with several staff members and they were all professional acting. They were able to accommodate us when our order needed to be moved up and never complained or grumbled. It was a pleasure to deal with them from start to finish.
